This whole movie presents a good example of whether or not technology frees us or enslaves us. In case you haven't seen the film, the movie takes place in the future where most everyone has a robot around the house to help with chores and such. The problem arises when the artificial intelligence behind the robots determines that in order to protect the humans as a whole as they are programmed to do, some humans must be sacrificed and some freedoms must be surrendered.
